"Get Your Kicks With
    Highway 1 Band"
January in Jensen Beach FL. is a
comfy time of year. The Bahama
Breeze and Cinnamon Tree Club House full of Trop Rock music is the perfect kick start for 2015.
Joel and Tea of Highway 1 Band agreed to help Cinnamon Tree start the year off with not just resolutions, But pure fun and music solutions. Our solutions for 2015 more rum, more dancing, more Tropical Events and more Highway 1 Band!!Joel and Tea played their hearts outs with familiar tunes and new words for us rum drinkers to remember. We all enjoyed the playful intimate side of meeting Joel and Tea in a personal setting. When you feel your need for Trop Rock fun just invite them to your venue or pop your Highway 1 Band cd in to have a new attitude.  I personally put my stamp of approval on Highway 1 Band for "Fun" and "Friendly" entertainment. A must see in a house concert setting and their cd is a true fun collectible for your trop rock cd collection.

Mrs.Betty's toast of Approval
Highway 1 Band is a trio or duo  performance team. You can have Scott E. Searls on drums with the dynamic duo Joel and Tea or just the Dynamic Duo (without tights). The play on words and puns these two come up with is an evening of friendly entertainment at every show. They hold nothing back at beach side resorts or private ball rooms. I do think we have way too much fun with Highway 1 in a private setting.

Highway 1 Band

They have a Parrot Head side a mile wide ( they are members and supports of multiple ParrotHead Clubs). Watch for these guys to be doing their 2nd Music On The Vine in Ft.Pierce ,FL. at Endless Summer Winery with Rob Mehl , Sunny Jim and Eric Stone in 2015. Last years MOTV went over so well that Joel is making it another Trop Rock Event not to miss.
Thanks to Carolyn LaMore for running up to a stage over a year ago and saying to the Band "Do y'all know you are Trop Rock?" with a big smile on her face. That has set Joel and Tea off on an exploration adventure of self discovery realizing their love for the fun tropical music is classified as Trop Rock. Their cd title is "On Vacation with Highway 1" and in one year they have added Trop Rock as a music genre on the Brevard Live Music Awards voting panel. They have managed to work their way into bars, beach clubs, restaurants and tiki joints up and down the East Coast signing 1 or 2 year contracts. These two have made their way in and made their own Trop Rock venues all over Florida. A little Millie Marie shout " I am Happy to say we were the first to put these guys on the radio waves!" . So there was never a doubt "Highway1Band" would become apart of the Cinnamon Tree House Concert Venue. We can't wait for their next cd.
Highway 1 Band is recommended for an style of event or private gathering thanks in part to their enthusiastic personalities and professionalism for bringing tropical friendly fun with music.
Located out of Melbourne FL. these guys can be found on Victory Cruises, Trokk Fests and East Coast Businesses check out their FaceBook ( HighwayOne ) for a constant flow of up coming shows.
Click "like" and enjoy the Vacation with Highway 1 Band.
