Here's a wonderful "Bucket List" opportunity folks! This is your chance to ride one of the world famous Blaine Kern Mardi Gras World floats in our French Quarter Pardi-Gras Parade! That's right, if you sign up and pay for one of these VERY limted spots, you'll be on one of these floats, throwing beads to the crowds on Bourbon Street! For a mere $150 / person, you'll reserve YOUR spot, complete with all the beads to throw. All you do is show up (in costume, if you'd like) and have the time of your life! The parade takes place on Friday night, from 8pm-9pm. Remember, this is strictly "first-come, first-serve", so not everyone who wants to ride will get a spot. So don't wait, sign up today! Margaritaville Foods Tasting at the Grapevine!

 For those of you lucky enough to be in town on Thursday afternoon, Pardi-Gras has a special treat for you. Thanks to Margaritaville Foods, and The Orleans Grapevine Restaurant, you'll be able to sample some of the best of Margaritaville, along with some local favorites prepared by the Grapevine's award winning chefs.
It's all free, thanks to Sarah (Margaritaville) and Pam and Earl (Grapevine). This year's menu has been "amped up" quite a bit. Throw in live music from Bob Durand, and you have an occasion you won't want to miss!

Special Screening and DVD Release of "Parrot Heads" The Movie!

Thanks to the good folks at Mailboat Records, we're going to have a special screening of the movie "Parrot Heads" at Pardi-Gras!
Saturday morning, head on upstairs at the Tropical Isle for a special screening of the new movie that everyone is talking about. It's a documentary about the Parrot Head lifestyle, and how it became a national phenomenon. You'll recognize many of your favorite artists and friends, and fellow Parrot Heads in the movie. A limited number of "hard" copies of the DVD will be available for purchase too!
