My Irish Grandmother used to tell me I was extra lucky because I am part Irish! I don't know if that's the reason for this amazing life, (especially, since Tom's not Irish), but, we definitely have moments where we pinch ourselves (and, sometimes each other, LOL!)
On the other hand, we believe luck is mostly a state of mind. When we came to Myrtle Beach 22 years ago in a $500 car, with nothing but love (for each other and for our music), we thought we were LUCKY!
As we say in our song, Smooth Sailing -- "Just raise your glass to circumstance, cause that's what brought you here."
Through the highs and lows we always thought we were lucky - because each moment, good or bad, brought us HERE. It led us to each other, and it led us to you!
And, what more could we possibly wish for?
As Jimmy Buffett says, "With Little Love and Luck You Will Get By".
That, and a whole lot of HARD WORK!
To say our lives are crazy these days would be an understatement!
But, it's a "good" crazy! We're surrounded by fun people, and every day is a new adventure.
From our original music, to formal events, to our John Denver Tribute, each day is unique, and we look forward each new adventure!
ANTIGUA -- Speaking of adventures, we're putting the finishing touches on next month's trip to Antigua -- the island of 365 beaches!
The 133-room Pineapple Beach Club will be the perfect place to cast our cares, and get to know each other -- in all-inclusive style! We can't wait to discover this beautiful island with you! We'll be posting on Facebook throughout our trip, so be sure to click the Facebook link below so you don't miss any of the fun!
TAHITI -- If you're thinking about joining us in Tahiti, there's still space available on both our 7 and 10 night cruises! Many milestones will be celebrated on this trip: birthdays, anniversaries, cancer survivors..... If you are celebrating something special during this trip, please be sure to let us know. We can't wait to celebrate with you!
JOHN DENVER TRIBUTE -- One more show this season, just the two of us - no band!
March 4 -- St James City, FL
St James City Civic Association
We've got some great shows in the works for our South Carolina friends, and across US. And, of course, our trips - Antigua & Tahiti are just around the corner!
This month, we wish you "The Luck of the Irish"! And, the "Attitude of Gratitude" for all blessings large and small. There is always something to be thankful for.
Thanks for being part of our musical journey.
