July 2018 New CDs and Artist Reviews: The Bamboozlers Release "The Other Side Of The Island" Cd July 7th 2018

We at Shore Life Radio want to keep you our listeners up to date with our recent adds and our Artist's Newest Releases.............

Trop Rock gets it's own definitions from the creative minds of it's Artists who pin on their style of descriptive wordage, Like John Patti steel drums has "Island Jazz Infusion", Steve Hopper has his Mid-South "Tropical Country Blend" and one of my favorite creative descriptions goes to Danny Rosato for his "Trop Rock Sandgrass (Sandjo)" creation of beach music with a banjo. "Dub" is it's own sub-genre that came out of reggae in late 60's. Dub is now infusing and blending in with Trop Rock finding a home in the island beach bar listener. Nick Mountou creator of "Dub Habitz" new cd introduced a whole new listening side of bass sounds in a mild off spring of reggae. Some Artists may not even know they are playing Dub style music. Some Artists may label their music as mild or light Reggae.

The Bamboozlers have been ready to launch their New Cd full of Dub Tropical Country. Their cd "The Other Side Of The Island" has an explosion of sounds. A story folk song from "The Ballad of the Come-Through Kid" to a free style 70's opinion built song "Unscrew the Pooch" really showcases the wide range of writing skills going on in this group. The Bamboolzers new cd lives up to their band name serving up everything from flattery to trickery. Tropical songs come into play with "The Other Side Of The Island" with some temptation to have a private excursion on the other side of an island and grains of sand fill "Bucket List". Let sub "Dub" sounds bring you into a great place with "Peace Cry" and "Intention" sharing the emotional lyrics of a reggae song. This cd has so much going on that it is hard not to enjoy the blend of Dub-Reggae, Trop Rock and Country songs. I can honestly say I do enjoy the cd and see folks of all ages finding something to listen to on this New Release.

The Bamboozlers have been together since 2004 and also have used the name The Cedar Island Band (which they still use occasionally). There is so much talent in this band and diversity - I really feel they put a piece or touch of everything that borders Trop Rock music. "The Other Side Of The Island" will go fast for it's original out burst of mixing everything trop rock offers in one cd.
